Brief introduction:

Paper plastic is a professional adhesive for adhesive polyethylene (P.E), polypropylene (P.P) adhesive paper. Widely used in plastic paper boxes, hand-pulled paper bags and matte glue, smooth adhesive film between the surface and paper bonding. Paper plastic is through high temperature polymerization reaction, it has high strength adhesion of water-based adhesive, safety and environmental protection, non-toxic and non-irritating taste. It is a copolymer emulsion adhesive. Because of its unique formulation and production process, the product has good affinity to plastics (BOPP,PE,PP, etc.) and excellent adhesion to low surface energy materials and paper surface.

Characteristics:

Wide adaptability, strong adhesion, high temperature resistance characteristics. Using high quality materials and advanced technology, the adhesive belongs to solvent type adhesive. The adhesive has high bonding strength, fast bonding speed, heat resistance (60 ℃ 92 hours), cold resistance (- 17 ℃ 92 hours) and moisture resistance (100% 92 hours relative humidity). This adhesive is mainly used for color printing packaging paper bags, color boxes, cartons and other paper products such as glazing, embossing, film coating and so on. Good initial adhesion, quick drying, high final adhesive strength, soft film, low temperature non-brittle, good flexure resistance, non-toxic, environmental protection, easy to use, good storage stability.

Application areas:

Mainly used in color printing paper packaging processing, suitable for manual, on-machine latex. Plastic wrist belt, wine box, cosmetic box, medicine box, such as BOPP,PET,PP,PVC window color box. The color box, paper bag, all kinds of flower paper, leather-filled paper, long fiber paper and ash board, wrist belt, wood box, paper-plastic compound, sealing edge, plastic box wrapped pattern paper and so on are made after the composite between the film and various kinds of paper jams.

Do not mix with other adhesives.

2. Containers containing adhesives must be tightly covered to prevent drying and contamination of adhesive surfaces. It is strictly forbidden to expose yourself to the sun.

3, paper plastic products after long storage will have a slight stratification (but will not affect the end-use performance), mix evenly before use.

4. It is suggested that the surface energy of the substrate BOPP film should be treated to be more than 36 D, and if the surface is not treated, the surface energy should not be lower than 34 D, and the higher the surface energy is, the more favorable the bonding will be.

5. It is recommended that the ambient temperature for the use and bonding of paper plastics and plastics should be maintained under pressure for a period of time (1 / 3 hours, the greater the rebound force of the substrate is, the lower the operating ambient temperature is, after the final product is glued off the line). The longer the holding time should be) to ensure the formation of effective bonding.
