Ester laminating adhesives can be classified into solvent glues and water-based glues depending on the dispersion medium.
1 Types of paper-plastic laminating adhesive 1.1 Polyurethane laminating adhesive

Using the presence of unsaturated bonds in the butadiene (PB) segment of the SBS molecule, an alcoholic substance containing a polar group such as a hydroxyl group is used to open a double bond in the SBS with a radical to make the SBS molecule a polar side chain. The comb-like molecules have a slight cross-linking, which improves the cohesive force of the glue and the adhesion to polar groups. In addition, the addition of a tackifying resin can also improve the wetting and bonding strength H of the SBS adhesive to the paper. The solvent also has an influence on the bonding strength, and the adhesion of ethyl acetate to the laminating adhesive using toluene as a solvent is good, and a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and toluene can be used from the viewpoint of cost reduction.
1.3 EVA laminating adhesive
EVA laminating adhesive has good acid, alkali, frost resistance and storage stability, and has low surface tension for PVC, nylon and PET.
The film has good adhesion; however, it has poor adhesion to non-polar hard-adhesive materials such as PP or pE, and the phenomenon of "light film" is likely to occur when the film is peeled off. The modification of EVA laminating adhesive is mostly blending modification, that is, adding filler such as tackifying resin and softener to EVA laminating adhesive to improve the adhesion of EVA laminating adhesive to paper and plastic. 1.4 polyacrylate laminating adhesive
