Tabloid:Technical parameters of woodworking glue
Technical parameters of woodworking glue:
Appearance: Milky white viscous liquid solid content: 26 + 1% (105 C, 3h) PH value: 3.0 ~ 5.0
Surface bonding strength: > 0.5 Mpa
Theoretical Coating Quantity: Surface area of 3.5 to 5.0 square meters per liter will increase or decrease due to different surface roughness of wood.
Instructions:
1. This product is a special adhesive for wood products bonding. It is suitable for veneer bonding of woodworking products such as home decoration and tooling.
2. Stir well after opening the cover. Spread the glue evenly on one or both sides of the material to be bonded. The amount of glue applied should be no outflow after bonding.
3. Uniform pressure should be applied after bonding (or riveting). Pressure time should not be less than 24 hours. Cutting and sawing can be carried out after 96 hours of loose opening after pressing (pressure of door should not be less than 12 days). The bonding pressure time is greatly affected by temperature and humidity, and the pressure and opening time should be prolonged properly in low temperature or humid environment.
4. If you can't press and rivet, try to fix the panel and the floor tightly for a period of time until the glue is dry.
