With the increase of the mass fraction of silane coupling agent, the tensile shear strength of colloids increases slightly. The special bifunctional structure of silane coupling agent enables colloids to effectively bond the adhesives of different materials and enlarges the application range of colloids. Experiments show that it has little effect on the tensile shear strength of colloids and can still be regarded as tensile strength. The non critical influence factors of shear strength were analyzed. Gel time analysis showed that the synthetic properties of silane coupling agent with 0.5% and 1% mass fraction were better. Compared with 180 degree peel strength, the peel strength of silane coupling agent with 0.5% mass fraction was higher than that of silane coupling agent with a mass fraction of 1%. Finally, the impact strength was verified. The best mass fraction of silane coupling agent is 0.5% (Table 4).
