Six steps to use glue correctly

The first step: open the ventilation system at the construction site, open doors and windows to ensure good ventilation.

The second step: before construction, check whether the function of the spray gun is normal and exclude the water accumulation in the pressure piping.

The third step: the material surface is clean, no grease, dust or other impurities.

The fourth step: the nozzle sprayed evenly on the material surface.

Linear type: the nozzle should be 45 degree angle to the material surface.

The nozzle is better than the material surface within 0.5 meters.

Nozzle pressure should be adjusted to 6-8kg (normal requirement).

Fan shape: the nozzle should be perpendicular to the surface of the material and spray uniform fan shaped fog. The fan-shaped angle is 45 degrees.

The fifth step: after spraying evenly for 1-5 minutes, it is possible to bond (or glue non stick).

The sixth step: when properly bonded, the bonding effect will be better.
