Second, the method of use

1, cloth glue: machine cloth glue, spatula, brush, rubber roller and other hand-made cloth.

2, mixing ratio: the main agent and curing agent according to the ratio of 100:10-15 mixing time is 1-2 minutes, must be stirred evenly

3. Activity period: about 1.5 hours at around 25 °C. The glue should be used within the active period.

4, cloth amount: 150-300 g / square meter. Generally, single-sided coating is used. For difficult-to-bond substrates, double-sided coating is recommended.

5, opening time: when the temperature is below 25 ° C, no more than 4 minutes, increase the amount of glue can be used to extend this time.

6. Opening time: no more than 10 minutes when the temperature is above 25 °C.

7. Closing time: no more than 10 minutes at around 25 °C.

8, pressurization time: 25 ° C, softwood 1-1.5 hours, pressure: 0.6Mpa or more; hardwood 1.5-2 hours, pressure: 1.0Mpa or more

1. Wood moisture content: 8-12%

3. Bonding strength: After being glued for 6 hours, it can be cut. The highest strength is reached 7 days after gluing.

4, heat resistance: has good heat resistance.
