Paper plastic characteristics:

    Paper plastic is an environmentally-friendly water-soluble adhesive that meets international environmental standards. It does not contain toxic substances and does not contain ozone-depleting substances. The main components of the glue are: 35% VEA-acrylate polymer, 10% special rubber, 10% tackifier. Resin, 45% water. It is a professional adhesive for bonding polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) film/paper. Paper plastic is widely used in plastic hand bag, PE/paper, PP/paper, matt/paper bonding, glue. The film has excellent low temperature resistance, 30 degrees Celsius, the film is still better, and the dry film can be cleaned with water.

  Appearance: yellowish emulsion

   Solid content: "55 ± 2%

   Viscosity: >25000mpa.s (25°C)

   PH value: 6.0 ~ 7.5

   Paper plastic storage period: half a year

   High temperature resistance after paper-plastic bonding: >80°C

   High temperature resistance after paper-plastic bonding: <-30°C

Paper plastic application:

Paper plastic This product can be applied by hand or mechanically. After being glued, the best exposure time in air is 3-5 minutes, preferably no more than 30 minutes. After bonding, it should be pressed for 30-60 minutes. Then dry naturally, the longer the drying time, the best the paste effect, the best dry glue time is more than 12 hours.

Paper plastic This product can not be mixed with other adhesives. It will be slightly stratified during long-term storage. Stir and evenly when used. The container must be tightly closed during storage. It is strictly forbidden to explode in the sun, and the glue is cleaned with water. Storage temperature: 5-40 °C
