This product is a copolymer of polyethylene with protective colloid, vinyl acetate and acrylic acid as high temperature reaction. It can be cured at room temperature into a water-based latex series that is resistant to water, high temperature, chemical solvents, and the like.
 
Features:
Non-toxic, non-irritating odor, high bonding strength, fast curing time, soluble in water, flame retardant, not easy to age, no temperature difference reaction at 0 °C to 60 °C.

Instructions:
1. Ensure that the surface of the bonded object is clean and dry. (Note: wood moisture content ≤ 12%)
2. The glue machine, roller, brush and other tools must be kept clean before use. Rinse with water after use.
3, direct cloth glue, according to the amount of self-adjusted glue, it must be ensured that each piece of the surface is covered with colloid. The bond is best within 5 minutes after the glue is applied. (Because the water absorption of different woods is inconsistent, the operator can formulate the bonding time according to the water absorption speed of the wood)
4, pay attention to timely pressurization, the pressure is 8 ~ 15kg / c m2, should be determined by the hardness of the wood, the pressurization time is at least 4 hours, fully cured for 24 hours.
 
Curing conditions and principles:
Ventilation at room temperature, the water in the latex volatilizes, so that the colloidal active ingredient produces a bonding force faster.
 
Precautions and storage:
1. If the gel is in contact with clothing or skin during operation, it can be rinsed with water in time.
2. Seal the glue before the off-duty.
