Polyurethane puzzle
Polyurethane panel adhesives contain a urethane group (-NHCOO-) or an isocyanate group (-NCO) in the molecular chain, which is divided into polyisocyanate and polyurethane. No matter which kind of polyurethane adhesive, the isocyanate group in the system reacts with the active hydrogen in the system or the system to generate polyurethane group or polyurea, so that the strength of the system is greatly improved and the bonding is achieved. The polyisocyanate molecular chain contains isocyano (-NCO) and urethane groups (-NH-COO-), so polyurethane adhesives exhibit high activity and polarity, and substrates containing active hydrogen, such as foam, Porous materials such as plastics, wood, leather, fabrics, paper, ceramics, and materials such as metal, glass, rubber, and plastics have excellent chemical adhesion. The adhesive is prepared by using a binder as a main agent and various additives such as a curing agent, a plasticizer, a filler, a solvent, a preservative, a stabilizer and a coupling agent. Most of the earliest used adhesives are derived from natural substances such as starch, dextrin, bone glue, fish gelatin, etc., and only water is used as a solvent, and is heated to form a glue. Because of its single composition and poor applicability, it is difficult to meet the needs of various purposes. With the advent of synthetic polymer compounds, synthetic resin adhesives have been developed for use in various bonding applications. In recent years, with the rapid improvement of the level of material development, a variety of more adaptable adhesives have come out one after another, greatly enriching the adhesive market.
