This series of products is a two-component water-soluble adhesive. It has the characteristics of fast drying speed, high bonding strength, excellent water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic and odor, and no pollution to the environment. Mainly used for: integrated wood panels, such as: teak, zebra and other hard wood, as well as solid wood dining tables and chairs, solid wood doors, wooden crafts, etc.
1. The ratio of the main agent to the curing agent is: 100:10-15 (weight ratio)
2. After mixing the main agent and the curing agent in proportion, stir well until uniform.
3. After the glue is configured, please use it within 40-60 minutes.
4. After the glue is mixed, it may bubble or rise slightly, which is a normal phenomenon and can be used continuously.
1. The amount of glue applied should be 150g/m3, the pressurizing time should be 40-60min, and the pressurization time should be extended as the temperature decreases.
2. After the pressure is relieved, the glue squeezed out from the glue layer should be removed. After the pressure is released, it should be put on for a while before going to the next processing procedure.
3. If you need to test the adhesive strength or water resistance, please test it 72 hours after pressure relief to ensure the test results are accurate.
Precautions:
1. The storage temperature should be above 5 °C, the use temperature is the best at normal temperature (25 °C), and the winter temperature is properly heated.
2. Prevent the curing agent from coming into contact with water and air for a long time to avoid failure.
3. The glue application should be cleaned in time. When the hand or skin touches the glue, it should be washed with water in time.
4. When disposing the glue, please control the curing dose within the range specified by the manufacturer. Do not add other brands of glue or objects to the glue.
