Hand-applied veneer is a high-solids, one-component, special water-based polyvinyl acetate adhesive. Compared with hand-applied veneer with all-purpose glue, it has quick drying (heating with electric comfort for 3-10 seconds), good solvent resistance (no foaming after painting), large area veneer easy to apply glue, less unit glue , good heat resistance, high final strength, environmental protection and other excellent characteristics.
    It is mainly used for hand-applied veneer with convex curved surface, hand-sealed veneer, veneer repair, etc. It is suitable for heating with electric comfort. Especially for the curved design furniture veneer, solve the problem of paint blistering. It will greatly promote the transformation of furniture design.
Instructions:
1. Use a short-haired roller to apply glue on both sides. When the glue is evenly applied, the thinner the glue, the better.
2, the side that is not easy to absorb water first glue (such as MDF veneer, veneer first glue, solid wood veneer, solid wood first glue, etc.), placed at 25 degrees Celsius for 1-3 minutes (depending on the amount of glue).
3, use electric comfort to heat for 3-10 seconds, after the paste is finished, check if there is air bubble or not sticking, use electric comfort and then burn it.
4, paint again after 24 hours.
