[Usage] The temperature of the laminating machine heat roller is raised to 50 °C-90 °C, and the drying tunnel temperature is 60 °C-90 °C. The coating rubber is poured into the glue tank, the rubber roller is started, and the rubber roller is applied. After mixing thoroughly, the film can be covered. If the whiteboard paper is covered, the glued BOPP film does not need to be completely dried after passing out of the drying tunnel, so that it cannot be extruded from both sides of the film after passing through the pressure hot roller. If alloyed silver cardboard or gold-silver ink is printed, it must be completely dry. The coated product can be cut directly, and the peel strength can reach the highest value after 12 hours. The speed of the machine speed, the temperature of the drying tunnel, the heat roller and the amount of the glue should be determined according to the power of the equipment and the paper quality of the coated product.
[Caution] This product can not be mixed with other types of adhesives. When stopping, the glue roller should be cleaned with water. Due to the low ambient temperature in winter, the composite products before drying should avoid long-term low temperature storage. Before processing gold and silver ink, it is recommended to proof the color retention and bond strength before mass production. If the composite product is processed in the following cases or later, it is necessary to test the sample and then carry out mass production.
