Puzzle glue 996 technical indicators:

[Viscosity] ≥ 15000-25000CPS
Features: Non-toxic, waterproof grade D3, high viscosity and water resistance
Applications: Cold pressing, paneling, toothing, edge sealing of laminated timber and hardwood
                  Glulam and solid wood assembly, platen, splicing
Instructions:
1. Manually apply glue or glue machine with brush, wiper, rubber roller, etc.
2. The substrate used for bonding should be dust-free, grease-free, knot-free and treated with constant temperature and humidity.
3. The processing surface should be kept flat, the surface is planed, and the thickness deviation is <0.1mm.
4. The basic moisture content is adjusted at 8-12%, and the amount of glue is 150-300 grams per square meter.
5. Generally do not use above 7oC or in humid environment
6. Opening time: 4 minutes, glue application period is 90 minutes
7. Pressurization time 2 hours
8. Bonded substrate, final bond strength after 7 days
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place with a recommended duration of six months. If stored in a hot and humid place, it will increase the chance of agglomeration. Please use as much as possible after opening the bag, otherwise the bag mouth should be sealed to avoid absorbing moisture from the air.
